We would like to provide notice of the LCRA Membership Fees for the 2026-2027 fiscal year.

 

As indicated within the Articles of Association, membership fees can increase up to the amount dictated by the Consumer Price Index (CPI) for the preceding calendar year.

 

Please note that this year, members will receive two separate invoices:

• Annual Membership Fees

• Capital Fee

 

Although the fees are being issued separately for administrative and accounting purposes, together they form the total amount owing for membership and applicable GST.

 

The Capital Fee was approved to support the Association’s long-term capital planning and future infrastructure needs. Payment of both the Membership Fee and Capital Fee is required in order for a member account to remain in good standing with the Association.

Fees can be paid online with credit card (through the membership portal) or in-person at the LCRA Office with debit, cheque, or exact cash. We do not accept credit card payments in-office; however, staff can assist members with logging into their account on-site to complete payment online. Please note that credit card payments are subject to a 2% fee to cover merchant processing costs.

All fees will be due July 1, 2026.

 

Please note that failure to pay the full amount owing by the due date may result in a member being considered “not in good standing” in accordance with the Association’s governing documents. Members who are not in good standing may lose certain membership privileges, including the ability to:

 

• Access the lake, park, and amenities

• Attend Annual General Meetings (AGMs)

• Attend Special Meetings or Special Resolution Meetings

• Vote on Association matters

• Access other membership privileges as outlined in the bylaws

Please be kind — we remind all members that disrespectful or abusive treatment of staff is unacceptable and will not be tolerated. Those engaging in this behaviour may be asked to leave the premises and may be subject to membership suspensions.
