In the event of an emergency that occurs on LCRA property, those involved (including witnesses) are encouraged to follow the below steps:

​

• Take steps to ensure your immediate safety and/or treatment – your safety is the priority.

• Notify the closest staff member immediately; if one is not nearby, you can attend the LCRA Office or call 403.254.4148.

• If the incident is critical in nature, please contact 9-1-1 and inform LCRA staff immediately.

  • This allows us to gather information and liaise with emergency services for improved response.

• Follow instructions and direction provided by LCRA staff and emergency services.

If you have witnessed an incident, do not require medical treatment, and if it is safe to do so, we encourage you to remain on-site to provide information to staff/emergency services
